How to use a database in the NexusCloud panel

Create the database in the panel, then paste the connection details into the plugin or bot file that needs them.

Steps

  1. Open https://panel.nexuscloud.id/.
  2. Click your server.
  3. Open Databases.
  4. Click New Database.

  5. Fill in Database Name with any name you want. Set Connection From to %.

    Example:

    Database Name: Survival
Connection From: %

  6. Click Create Database.

  7. After the database exists, click the eye icon to show its details.
  8. Copy the details your plugin or bot needs. LuckPerms is a common plugin case. A bot index.js is a common file case.
  9. Paste those values into the file, click Save Content, then restart the server.

Connection From %

% lets any host connect to this database. Only use it when the plugin or bot cannot reach the database from a fixed address.
