How to fix the Pterodactyl API error 422 "The Last Name Field is required"

The billing system sends your profile name to the Pterodactyl API when creating a server. If the Nama Lengkap (full name) field contains only one word, the API rejects it because it expects at least a first name and a last name.

Steps

  1. Open https://billing.nexuscloud.id/ and log in.
  2. If you are on a phone, tap the menu icon (=) to open navigation.
  3. Open Profil.
  4. Find the Nama Lengkap field.
  5. Make sure the field contains at least two words. A single word like Bakso or a word followed by a number like Bakso 1 will keep triggering the error. Use a two-word name instead, for example Bakso Ituenak.
  6. Scroll down and click Save or Simpan.
  7. Go back to the subscriptions menu and create the server again.

A number is not a last name

Bakso 1 still fails because 1 is not treated as a valid last name by the API. The second word must be an actual name.
