  • If you don't know your User ID yet, follow Find your Discord User ID before continuing.

Find your Discord User ID

Discord only exposes User IDs when Developer Mode is enabled.

  1. In Discord, open User Settings.
  2. Go to Advanced and enable Developer Mode.
  3. Return to your profile or to a chat.
  4. Right-click your account name and choose Copy User ID.
  5. Return to the billing Profile page and paste the ID into the ID Discord field.

Notes

  • Only the numeric User ID works; usernames are not accepted in this field.
  • If mentions still don't arrive with a correct ID, make sure your account is still a member of the NexusCloud Discord server. The bot can only mention members of the server.
