How to log in to the NexusCloud panel

This guide shows you how to log in to the NexusCloud panel and reset your password if you can't get in.

Log in to the panel

  1. Open https://panel.nexuscloud.id/.
  2. Enter your panel email and password.
  3. Click Sign In.

Note

On many accounts, the panel credentials follow the billing account. If the login fails, use the password reset feature on the panel to make sure you have the latest panel password.

If you forgot your password or can't log in

1. Reset your password

  1. Click Forgot your password? on the panel login page.
  2. Enter the registered email address.
  3. Click Send.

2. Check your email

  1. Open your email inbox.
  2. Look for a reset email from NexusCloud.
  3. If you don't see it, check the Spam or Promotions folders.

3. Set a new password

  1. Click the reset link in the email.
  2. Enter a new password.
  3. Save the change.

Troubleshooting

The reset email doesn't arrive

  • Wait a few minutes, then refresh your inbox.
  • Check your spam folder.
  • Make sure the email address you entered is correct.
